Real World Shocker?
Has the transition from the bubble to the "real world" been a shock to anyone else's system? I got so used to not worrying about bills and work and housing arrangement and closet space. Now it's just the opposite and I have to worry about everything, even stuff I didn't think I'd ever worry about.Anyone in the same boat?
Current Mood: draineddrained
Current Music: too much chaos for music

Mmmm. I've been in the "real world" so long I hardly remember what the bubble was like. Seems to me you just trade one set of worries for another wherever you go... at least now you don't have to worry about paper deadlines or the fact that every professor thinks that they're the only one who has given out a major assignment for any particular week...

I agree, I just traded old worries for new. And now that I've got a good job, I worry less about the money. I'm sure glad that I wasn't worrying about projects and speeches and papers and finals last week.

My roommate was in town last weekend and we drove down the Judson for the afternoon. It was nice eating and J&R's, walking around campus and driving around Marion and not worrying about school.
